Self-Acceptance: How Compassion Leads to Contentment and Happiness?

Power of Acceptance towards the Transformation:

Hey learner!
You already know that not everything will change according to yourself and your will, is it?
Do you accept that fact?
Let’s see how to accept this fact with actual practicality which will worth it in the end.




Think about this:

You are disconnected with your internet connection or lets say your favorite social media platform is in maintenance or your phone is lost….

What’s next?

It’s damn sure that the most of the people will hesitate or become angry with an instant.
But not you!
It’s because they are so obsessed with the same process on daily basis and aren’t ready to accept the life with it’s absence.
But not you!


Are you practicing gratitude?

It may sounds cliché or boring but it’s way too essential to have gratitude in life.
It’s not one day process or rare thing rather it should have on the daily basis.
The single most thing people are going through everyday is taking life granted.
But not you!
Mostly people acts like they are going to live forever.
But not you!
Constantly discussing and relating the matter to the future version without even taking enough care of present moment and situation throughout the day literally seems to be immortality.
Are you sure to be alive tomorrow?
Really?
Think about this

Ways to protect yourself from self-destruction:

·     Practice gratitude, literally.
·     Introspect yourself daily.
·     Think about the things you’ve had changed last week also which you’ve had not and know the difference of those situations.
·     Spend time with yourself (Go to park, terrace or casual 5 minutes walk nearby your area)
·     Create your rules and such habits because you know you had suffered from self-doubt and will suffer maybe. Just know this reality and you are free from such stuff whenever those situation arises.


RECOMMENDED PRAYER FOR DAILY BASIS

Oh Universe, God, the superpower above me please grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference

As you have survived every situation from your past somehow (good or bad) and reading this which is actual transformation of yourself, isn’t it?
Just like you’ve grown up from kid to teenager.
Things change, people change, your body change whereas your awareness towards life does not.
Remember: Everytime you are in some situation (good or bad) the transformation will always be there, just accept this fact.


Whether it’s people or surroundings 
Your duty is to give respect
And accept.
It’ll have more peace within.
