Importance of Silence!

You already know that there is the term "Silence" exists.

But what is the actual reality of silence and why it is so important.

Listen every single sound around you right now, you are listening it because there is silence inside it.

For example, teachers in the class always wants "PIN DROP SILENCE", isn't it?

It actually means that there is silence and that's why you can hear the minor sound of that pin, make sense?

So there is silence before the situation, in actual situation and after the situation.

This is the importance of silence.

What if you get habitat through this silence?

That leads to meditation (Actual need for the day).

Meditation is silence basically where you will never be afraid with yourself in some scary situations or say fear.
