Alright! Thank you for that...let's move to another step.



I can understand your daily anxiety, depression and whatever it maybe.I can understand it takes time to change the habit.So, let's find the purpose to do all this...before or during that keep observing your daily activities towards nature, people, yourself and surroundings.



Knowingly or unknowingly we often do mistakes in our life.But it's okay if you take it as a learning lesson.
It's as simple as that.There is nothing to get worry about.


Sometimes it's the phase where we can't handle our emotions and everything is going according to our subconscious mind. 
At that phase , mostly people forget to 'Learn' from mistakes.

Ways to get rid of our own mistakes...

  • Firstly, accept that mistake(Some people  seriously don't accept their mistake even he/she has done that literally.
  • Be honest to yourself.(It's actually a great thing to have in life).
  • Seeking and excusing others to involve in that mistake rather seek for the reason or lesson of that mistake asking WHY IT HAS HAPPENED?AM I LEARNING FROM THIS?
  • Feel those positivity of lesson and be grateful for that moment.



Doing this much exercise for your mistake will calm your mind and you can be happy again and stay forever.
Ultimate goal is to be happy in life, so why blaming others for your mistakes and being sad for that mistake again and again.

TAKE A LOOK HERE...

Learning through mistakes- 
Observe your surroundings, conversations , people's behaviour and situations.
See everything as it is and learn from them even.
If you are listening to conversation of people around you, learn from their mistakes.
Similarly do this once a day, you'll learn a lot seriously.

Gradually it'll be your habit to learn from mistakes and you'll take valuable steps in future.
And eventually you'll see the world as it is.



Your poor decisions were based on illusions you've believed at that time.
Your better decisions are based on realities you recognise in time.
The better decision is based on the simple answer as it eventually becomes the obvious answer.
We see each other's mistakes more easily, so you often park your ego and ask others what they can see and then notice what it really feels true to you.

Does my decision show I am honest with myself, trust my intuition and deserve better?





I CAN DO IT.
