Alright! Thank you for that...let's move to another step.





Mostly people end up their day with so much happiness or so much depression.
Imbalance of the emotions throughout the day leads to depression only.


Depression...

It's the matter where you face yourself which you don't want to because of fear that again leads to depression.

Causes...


It's the thing where you wanted the process your way ,but it's the reality that's not gonna happen always with you with your way.

And you don't deal with yourself daily introspecting every situations, that's where it lacks.

You don't live actually in present and end up things as REGRET.That regret leads to depression.Huge mistake.
Learn from that phase.


TAKE A LOOK HERE...


  • You've a quarrel with your friend and whenever you meet him, you deal with him with that mindset only.Later on it's depression in the end.
  • You are with the surroundings with such negativity which reduces your energy level that ends with depression.
  • In the anger state you shout out loud a lot without caring that person leads to depression at last.
  • Having such material desire will push you indirectly to have it more day by day.Later on it's depression in the end when you won't get that.


It's just matter of your subconscious mind as it's out of our control in such phases.
For such phases we have to prepare ourselves daily so that our subconscious mind can be helpful and we can be happy all the time.


  • Exercise for 20 minutes at least and have a proper body rest so that your body will support you everyday.
  • Take regular breaks to remind yourself to have fun and chill😬.
  • Go for park or visit terrace or such peaceful place alone and just observe world with those deep breathes.






Mates! It's weekend , go spend some time alone at park or some peaceful place.Do it this week.
You'll grow intellectually literally, it's sure thing.

  1. The most challenging thing about depression is that someone who has it don't even realize or is not ready to accept that he has it. It takes considerable time for them for realization. Living under depression is as hurting as living in hell. When you feel you're alone, just remember, there is also someone else feeling the same. So go out and friend them. If you ever feel like going under depression for any reason remember this words:
    "YOU ALWAYS MATTER"
    Its not that you're doing something in wrong way its only that you're doing it your way. And don't forget to keep a wide smile on your face no matter what.
