Earlier in week 1 we had learnt how the process of mental exercises play the lead role to feel good every time in our life.

Alright!Previously we had just learnt the reason of exercise physical or mental whatever it is.

As it's chain---

For physical exercise you need to be mentally strong.
For mentally strong you need to focus one thing at one time.
As simple as that.

Reason behind this is not about you are lack in focusing but you are focusing distraction.








Physical Exercises...

There are basic 3 fundamental activities to have a better health and body in exercises.

  1. Warming up.
  2. Exercises(Running, sport etc)
  3. Priming your body = Stretching

WARMING UP!

The actual starting of the exercise begins with warmup.It allows the body to get ready for our exercises and such challenges.

We all need a warm up.
That is building the base of our life as much strong as it can, isn't it?

Exercises!

Go for run.Take any sport and play to your best stamina.Reach out those strong breathes that actually needs the rest at some point.
Challenge the things you've done last time with more sets.


We all have problems, challenges, issues and such things, didn't we?
Achieving challenging mindset in daily exercise let us helps in new challenges to atleast accept and face instead of being perplexed.We get focused easily.

Stretching (Priming)

After such exercises, there is need to have stretching our body to relax and have such a peace.



At the end of the day, we all seek happiness, peace and joy.Either we seek for it or we chase for it.But reality is, it lies within us not in such material things.




Exercises doesn't mean to have the body with 6 pack abs and such shoulder muscles to participate in body building contest.

It's the basic requirement of our body to get work with.

We all are working with our body.So we should be doing work on our body.


In this beautiful place , nothing matters except
  • Body
  • Emotions
  • Energy
  • Mind

Take a look again and understand wisely why physical exercises are so important.






POETRY!

Don't judge meditation, yoga and concentration as such mystical,
It's the process which helps you seek within your life's principle.
Seems to be kind of saint's thing being typical,
As it looks a bit difficult.
The moment you start doing this, your body will be habitual,
With sense of rhythmical.
It'll lead you to transcendental critical.
The state of mind where you don't even realise,"Are you visible?"
You'll charge up every single day doing such exercises,
No matter if it's mental or physical.




I CAN DO IT.

YOU CAN DO IT.

WE CAN ALL DO IT.
