I can understand your daily anxiety, depression and whatever it maybe.I can understand it takes time to change the habit.So, let's find the purpose to do all this...before or during that keep observing your daily activities towards nature, people, yourself and surroundings. Keep breathing well.
Keep figuring out your habit.Keep living every aspect of life.Keep discovering yourself.
Inner Voice
One of the most doubt in our life we are dealing with is nothing but with our own.
And it's also the best friend of yours or the best enemy of yours depends all on your deal.
There is always a phase where we are in anxiety, depression , sorrow and all.At that phase, our conscious mind almost not willing to be tough against our subconscious one.
And during that , we all end up our day by overthinking and expectations.
Basically, we always deal with ourselves and feel great sometimes or sometimes not.
Just think for a moment,
What would happen if you became your best friend and deal with yourself accordingly?
Life would be better, isn't?
Yep, that's the key to stay happy forever dealing with every phase of life.
Ways to be positive dealing with our inner voice.
TAKE A LOOK HERE...
You are playing a sport and you've lost the game.
Normally we think- I played bad.
Inner voice-I didn't play good.
Let it be the optimistic way.It's okay to use "no" in your sentences , because ultimate inner voice must be positive .
Similarly treat people in that way too (during communication)
You are working on something and you messed up everything.
Normally we think- It was my bad luck.
Inner voice-It happens.Sometimes things don't go with our way, it just need time and to keep doing more.
If you've failed in your career or in an exam.
Normally we think- I've failed this, I'm bad at this.
Inner voice-I've not succeed this, I'm not good at this, will try it again.
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE✓
This should be your optimistic way to deal with inner voice.
More you treat inner voice well, more will you treat yourself well.
And treating yourself well will leads to treating everyone in the world well😃.
