I can understand your daily anxiety, depression and whatever it maybe.I can understand it takes time to change the habit.So, let's find the purpose to do all this...before or during that keep observing your daily activities towards nature, people, yourself and surroundings. Keep breathing well.
Keep focusing one thing at one time.
We all are sure of our death one day.We don't know the exact time , it maybe tomorrow ,today or maybe right now reading this...
The actual reason of life is TO LIVE.
It seriously means a lot if you start living today, from now.
The phrase 'Live like there's no tomorrow' is very well known.
So let's see how we can live like today's the last day of life.
- Waking up in the morning, ready for brush and about to open the tap of water.Be happy when you see water coming from the tap😃.Because long years back people had not this facility.
- Feeling those fresh airs, feel happy!😀
- Seeing the world through your eyes, feel happy for such creative gift from the universe😇.
- The moment when you are drinking water after long time, feel happy for such satisfaction😌.
Next time when you are about to have such situations try it out ...It actually means a lot.
ALL YOU NEED IS TO BE HAPPY FOR EVERYTHING YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AND GROWING THROUGH.
It actually plays the great part when you do it daily.Because it'll make you grow internally and stay happy forever.

Creating happiness in every moment of your daily life is very important practice that helps you to be stronger for dealing with the difficult moments of your life.
And even helps us recognise the moments of happiness that are possible in our daily life.
