WELCOME TO 21 Day Learning Process

GOOD MORNING!

Alright people! I'm glad you are here reading this and eager to learn the life.

WEEK ONE



DAY -3

I can understand your daily anxiety, depression and whatever it maybe.I can understand it takes time to change the habit.So, let's find the purpose to do all this...before or during that keep observing your daily activities towards nature, people, yourself and surroundings. Keep breathing well.



People! I want you to work out and do exercises mentally. 
Yes, mostly people don't like to exercise as it's tough, time consuming and all.

Let me tell you - this exercise and work out is not about going for gym or grabbing those running shoes and go for run, nope.

Do you know actual reason to do those physical exercises?

It's to cure your mental health and stay calm.Yep, physical exercise is connected to mental exercise.

Say for example, you are pushing yourself to run 1 km with all your energy.That will make you strong internally.So, most of people don't even go for run or such particular exercise.

Basically, you have to be mentally calm and that's I've come up with this for simplicity.

I hope you follow at least something from this article and learn.


To be mentally strong , it obviously takes time, so be patient.
The perspective of mind exercises is to focus one thing at one time.

It's chain behind the thing called "EXERCISE".

For physical exercise you need to be mentally strong.
For mentally strong you need to focus one thing at one time.
As simple as that.

Reason behind this is not about you are lack in focusing but you are focusing distraction.


  • You are drinking water, then focus on drinking water, don't need to see around.
  • You are watching a video, then focus on watching each second wisely, don't need to see around.
  • You are walking through the street, then there's no need to take out mobile and ear plugs to enjoy that temporary moment.
  • You are having conversation with person, then there's no need to see around.

Relate your daily aspects of routine with above mentioned activities.It's okay about this, because we all are learning something new daily directly or indirectly, consciously  or subconsciously.




DAY 3(TIP)

Keep bringing this awareness back as we discuss , to be there and focus.





I CAN DO IT.
