Do what you love, love what you do.

It's obvious that you have some interested stuff where you enjoy a lot, right?
Make this a daily or thrice a week habit.
For example, you love to play a sport.Then go out, reach people and play some stuff.

Doing so your everyday will be better than your monotonous routine.You'll at least get charged up internally daily for that particular hobby.




Happiness in little things

You really don't need to chase happiness or achieve it.Happiness is the way only.

Say for example you turn on the tap of the water, water started coming…feel happy. Breathing well.. Feel happy.Watching a cute kid ...feel happy. Do the little things with happiness though it won't make you feel special. 

After somedays whenever you are despair, these all happy activities will make you happy.And that's why every day counts for the progress of different things at different time.

Keep bringing awareness back.

Sometimes things happen where we don't wished to happen so.Say, you don't want to attend your friend's party because of your personal matter.But you are at that event as he forced you.Just be aware that you are being forced and next time you'll take decision wisely caring none.

Bringing awareness back again and again takes time and due to that reason, everyday counts.
Keep that in mind that there will be time where your intellectual growth will keep on improving with a pace.Believe that vision and practise daily.
