Anger...😠
It's out of our control of subconscious mind everytime and that's to anger.
Well, it's the thing you often do when the things don't go your way, isn't?
It's not about to manage anger or control about it because everything in the world is important.
Yes, in some way anger do the same.
TAKE A LOOK HERE...
- You are getting late for the doings and keep telling others to do quick and sometimes you even do hurry and it's all end up with anger.
- It's just about to be an accident and you create so much anger on others.
- Basically it's all upto your belief to get everything in your way subconsciously and that's why it's all end up with anger.
Sometimes it's really not such hype situation and people literally create the anger just to show others how strong they are.
WHY TO SHOW ANGER FOR YOUR STRENGTH?
Where you actually do have strength, and there's no need to show others just creating anger.
Yes, it's okay to be angry on the things which are literally wrong and harmful for everyone's life.But that anger is valuable.
Make sense?
If your behaviour is only about anger then no one value yourself.
What would it be if your anger is rare?
But it will be valuable because it's not your behaviour rather it's just the part of it.
Causes...
You've often regretted those past things where your anger was just useless.
It cause to depression only.
And depression due to useless anger connected with regrets is not a good thing to have in your life.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...
Observe your mind at that state and just wait for 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
It's sure thing that you'll almost lose your anger and will be free from such stuff.
The little reason why we suffer from our anger is because of lack of smile on our face.
Keep smiling , Because it's really changes your mood and the feeling.
