Alright! Thank you for that...let's move to another step.
Charles Cooley had once said
"It's not what I think I am.
It is also not what you think I am.
Whereas , It's what I think you think I am".
Well, confused ?! Right?
Yes it's what actually is. Let's see what it is...
That is "Expectations" and "Judges" towards the world.You are easily judging the person next to you like this and like that.
Sometimes it happens according to you and sometimes it's not.
Similarly, you expect things from a person and sometimes it happens according to you, sometimes not, isn't it?
That's what Charles Cooley is trying to aware us about.
"You are (in this present moment) his/her expectations for you and happening things eventually."
TAKE A LOOK HERE...
- When you expect things from others or from any thing/work , then you get depressed if things didn't go accordingly or feel excited if it does, isn't it?
- When you judge any person next to you (maybe stranger or a relative or a known one) you had created a belief of that person about his/her behaviour, sense of talking and all.
- Sometimes you literally underestimate the person which is financially low compare to you and judged him this and that way, suddenly after few years he got famous due to his work or he got promoted same to your position.Your expression will be this😟.
Causes of expectations!
You won't care about him even if that person deserves better knowledge or learning attitude.
You will never able to learn from that person believing according to the situation that has happened with you that was really bad.
You'll underestimate that person so bad that you'll bare grudge.
What would it be if you don't judge people?
OR
What would it be if you see the people as they are?
YEP, it's that easy ...SEE THE LIFE AS IT IS!
It'll take some time.
START TODAY ↓
- Judge less things from only 1 person in a week.
- Expect less as a result once a week.
- Don't judge 5 persons around you in 14 days.
- Don't expect results for 1 work in 14 days.
Let this chain go beyond limit and
- Judge None.
- Expect None.
CONCLUSION!
Doing such things , after some weeks or months you'll feel good inside you and will treat people kindly.
Because, you won't think or guess such messed up things for that person as well as those thoughts will start entering less in your mind.
This is it , THE POWER OF "I AM".
