Remember this in mind that, you'll apply this all in your life right from today.This week will cover above mentioned topics and related to that.
Repeat after me:
I won't let this new year resolution be just resolution from now.I won't be saying out all the time that I'll do ONE DAY.
Instead say "It's my day one".
Let's get started...
Just Breathe |
Life's basic thing is to breathe, isn't it?
You are alive because you can breathe freely, calmly.
Observe your mind from today.
See how life is changing according to your emotions.
The very basic aspect to control your emotions is to get aware of your actual breathe.
Observe your breathe sense when you are:
- Happy
- In depression
- Anger
- Fear
- Motivated state
- Playing
- Walking
- Running
- Speaking
- Doing every single work.
The key to control each and every emotions is to conquer your breathe first.
Come on let's do this...
Look around and take a comfortable seat.
Take a deep breathe and count 100,99,98,97,96,.....6,5,4,3,2,1; yes in reverse order.
Breathe in and out in every 2 counts.
Such as 100,99 (Breathe in)
98,97 (Breathe out)
Go do it, what are you waiting for?
Just begin this process, don't care about your surroundings.You're free to live...
By doing this one time every single day, you'll observe your actual breathe.You will feel those magical breeze.
Let's say you are
- Angry
- Happy
- In fear
Just take deep breathe thinking the same process you did this morning (Not whole process just breathe in and out).
You will eventually be stable at your emotional state.
It's because you were aware of your breathe in your morning and doing the same process recently, your mind gotta know about it.
Don't you relate that same thing happens to you everyday whenever you are not able to conquer your emotions.
That's due to your mind is not habitual about practising your breathe counts.So it is doing it randomly since your childhood and now it's repeating the same because of that memory.
Make sense?
DAY 1(TIP)
Practise those breathe counts from now and keep doing it at least for these 21 days.
I CAN DO IT.
YOU CAN DO IT.
WE CAN ALL DO IT.
