I can understand your daily anxiety, depression and whatever it maybe.I can understand it takes time to change the habit.So, let's find the purpose to do all this...before or during that keep observing your daily activities towards nature, people, yourself and surroundings. Keep learning from your missed takes.Keep forgiving everyone.



This about to have gratitude towards the beautiful life for every aspect of existence around you.

Mostly people have desire to buy something great and just dreaming that all day and never ever just look at the things what they have in their daily life.

  • He deserves the luxury car, I wish I have that someday.
  • She got nice watch as a gift in her birthday,Wow.I hope I'll get the same in mine.
  • My neighbour is studying in the best university of our country, he's lucky and I'm not.
  • They are achieving their dreams because they have lots of money and such resources whereas I can't because I don't do have.


Are those questions a bit relatable, people?

Yes, everything mostly people are depressed or anxious about is because of connection with materialistic things.

You are reading this, then you've those beautiful thing "eye" from which you can feel the better world, isn't it?

See, it's just a process from which you get things with you.
You are eating an apple , then it has been a long process and that's why you got this.
Firstly, apple is taken and cleaned by the farmer then the shopkeeper has bought that and cleaned that well, then you have buy that again.

There is a culture to say "itadakimasu" before eating each meal in JAPAN.
It shows gratitude towards every single process that leads them to eat that meal.

See what you have right now and go beyond the chain like above discussed and show gratitude.
