Here is the alternative which will definitely catch your interest and that is journaling.

Journaling is not the report creation on some event or discussion rather it's the actual report of your doings through the entire day.

How to journalise yourself on the daily basis?

There are simply two ways to make a journal. 

  1. Make a time for night before sleeping.
  2. Make a time for morning just after waking up.
You have to just include your activities, some valuable conversation with your friends and colleagues, some miracles, some different situations and all.

The way you acted in front of strangers, your people and the improvement you had observed in yourself or some bad habits which were recently reduced or just didn't reduce and everything related to you, just pen it down in the separate book.

 



Why journaling is the alternative of meditation?

Journaling will let you focus on the actual direction from ascending and that's the actual purpose of meditation.

Meditation simply defines the actual awareness towards your presence and that's all.

Similarly when you start making out your journal on the daily basis, you'll gradually realise the changes in yourself which may don't change the outer situation but you'll conquer yourself within.

There will be genuine and honest self talk within yourself in particular direction without any distraction.



What are the benefits of journaling?

Journaling makes you better person comparing to your yesterday.

Because you always conclude yourself with good as well as bad situations in your journal with proper decision.

Journaling clarifies your thoughts, mission, vision and decision.

If someone tries to abuse you, disrespects you, teases you or respects you, encourages you, then you'll stay still with neutrality as you own your control with the help of your journal.

No-one can change you within, only you can and you'll know this fact as the reality.

You'll always act in present and reality through journaling.

Include the following topics daily.

What are 3 things you are grateful for today?

  • Yesterday's Activity (Good as well as bad)
How can I grow today from my yesterday?

  • Today 
How can I improve myself and not to do the same mistakes again?
