Daily Activities(Phase-Mid day)

It's the time after your lunch known by "MID DAY".
Feeling sleepy and numb,isn't?
Here's what we should do...



  • Keep saying yourself, "You are at full power","No one can make you feel bore not even yourself".
  • Do some basic stretching exercises for relaxation.
  • Have less than 20 minutes nap.
  • Press some acupuncture points to release stress.
  • Sing a song with full of your hearts.
  •  Get rid of mobile phones.
  • Ask your colleague  for a joke😂.
  • Do something ridiculous to focus on your actual work.
That maybe childish things ,it doesn't matter.Your mind matters only.







You are working,had lunch and it's mid day.
Sometimes lazy or numb you may,
Now it's time to move this feeling away.
"You are at full power" this is what you should say.

Be aware of those thoughts,as it's the way.
Where your attention should pay.
Move your body and let your mind feel "YAY".
