Daily Activities(Phase-Morning)

Wake up on the same time everyday mostly before sunrise.
Once you chase yourself out of bed,make bed and get to work.

  • Give a great smile to yourself in mirror.
  • Make a plan for today.
  • Have gratitude.
  • Write down the answers of these 3 questions .
  1. What are you grateful for?
  2. How can I grow today?
  3. Am I doing actually the thing which is really important?
It maybe anything but you must think to that question at least.Start doing that daily and gradually you will see the growth in you and you will treat yourself better.


After that, brush your teeth with non-dominant hand.Why so?
It's because it'll activate your left brain and you will focus more on brushing due to different hand.
  • Start breathing exercises and some silence.
  • Do exercise at least 30 minutes in morning.
Keep that in mind that everyone have got 24 hours, how wise will you use?


Wake up before the sunrise.
Show some gratitude and be wise.
This is where optimism lies. 
Everyday brings everyone surprise.

When day starts you're up before morn,
Remember there's always ideas which are newly born.

What are you waiting for?
Stop saying you'll do then and then,
Start asking you will be doing but when? 





Ethic Statement-Get out of the bed at same time and you have win the morning.
