- Make your bed at your own.

- How did you spend today?
- What was your mistake?
- What was the regret?
- Are you learning?
- Slowly calm your mind,relax a little bit and close your eyes.
- Say 'your body is resting' instead of 'you are sleeping'.
You've done your job and heading towards home through the same street.
Done your dinner,time to read.
Aware that your subconscious mind may lead.
Learn from your today's mistake.
Don't let your mind do debate.
All you need is to dictate
Yourself that "Your body is at rest".
Not sleeping because it's not your stress.
Just like birds in their nest.
