You've often realise that sometimes you feel fresh air or sometimes you don't.
Did you?
Think about monsoon.
Remember how did you feel before raining, during rainfall and after that.
There is so much blissfulness during rain, isn't it?
But what about after rain or the impact of those muddy situations and all dirt?
Not good, right?
Think the same in daily basis.
How about early morning and evening compared to noon?
Similarly in life, sometimes you suffer from bright days or sometimes dark.
You may suffer from none of above that is neutral.
Don't worry about your dark days, it has meant to happen for your bright days.
Remember, stars always shine in night time.
Focusing On One Thing
Do you know vacuum cleaner?
Or let me say the air pressure generator? -- What's unique in that?
There is very tiny hole from which air is allowed to pass to make sure about pressure.
And due to this, pressure is created well and is used further.
Likewise, if you focus on one thing, then your mind will grow really wisely.
Don't be the person who eats the food and watch the movie.
Taking that example in mind, make sure you do one thing at a time.
May it be eating, reading, playing, watching etc etc.
Focus One Thing At A Time
Balloon
Life is all about maintaining everything in equal amount which is creating a proper balance.
If you are obsessed with something so much then may it fail your other thing on other side of your life.
Keep figuring out yourself about maintaining and balancing.
It's like air filled in balloon.
Filling it constantly will burst the entire balloon and not filling it properly won't define the thing as an actual balloon.
Don't Chase Perfection!
You only need progression.
Perfection leads to insecurities
Awareness
Whenever you figure out that you are not just breathing rather having the air then it is your Awareness.
Whenever you figure out that you are not just existing rather having the living life then it is your Awareness.
Did you understand that?
Whatever you do, keep bringing awareness back.
Keep having those air not just breathe.
Keep living life not just exist.
Remind yourself to take life seriously.
Remind yourself to take life not so seriously.
Remind yourself to cry and have emotions.
Remind yourself to laugh and have fun.
Remind yourself to focus one thing at a time.
Remind yourself to keep bringing awareness back.
